LCVend places, stocks, and maintains cashless vending machines at partner business locations ("Host" or "you") at no cost to the Host other than the electricity required to operate the machine. LCVend retains ownership of the machine and its contents and is responsible for installation, restocking, and servicing.

By requesting our Services, you represent that you are authorized to make decisions regarding the placement of equipment at the proposed location, whether as an owner, manager, or otherwise authorized representative of the business.

• Provide a suitable, accessible, and secure location for the machine.
• Provide access to a standard electrical outlet at no cost to LCVend.
• Notify LCVend promptly of any damage, malfunction, or safety issue.
• Not relocate, tamper with, or grant third-party access to the machine without our consent.

Specific terms for an individual machine placement, including duration, revenue arrangements (if any), and removal procedures, may be documented in a separate placement agreement between LCVend and the Host. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed placement agreement, the placement agreement controls.

All consumer purchases made at an LCVend machine are processed through third-party payment processors. LCVend is not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by those processors. Consumer purchase disputes should be directed to us using the contact information below.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website or its related systems.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of LCVend or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Our website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LCVend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage.

You agree to indemnify and hold LCVend harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our website or Services.

LCVend may remove a machine from a Host location, or discontinue website access, at any time and for any reason, including a Host's breach of these Terms, subject to any notice periods set out in a separate placement agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina; disputes are resolved in Charleston County, SC, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
